Whether to renovate an old structure or build something entirely new was the dilemma facing owners of a house on Pilgrim Lake. Presented with AD’s conceptual plans for both possibilities, they opted for a new house, but one that incorporated many of the memorable and much-loved architectural features of the original cottage.
